General Information
- Dates and times: Monday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (hours change seasonally)
- Duration: you should allow approximately 45 minutes to 1-hour to complete your visit
- Location: One World Observatory
- Age requirement: suitable for all ages
- Accessibility: One World Observatory – including the retail shop, restaurant, café, bathrooms, and venue – are ADA accessible to guests who use wheelchairs or need special services

- Great technology with the ipads to assist the viewing, and the food was excellent.
- This was by far the best view of New York City I’ve ever seen. The presentation was amazing along with the elevator ride. I will be bringing my grandson back for the experience.

- Very organized entry. Viewing area was spacious with plenty of space for everyone to look out. We could stay as long as we wanted. Bathrooms were easy to access. Food and drink including water fountains were available at the top. We liked the little bits of historical information about prominent buildings written on the walls. We all love New York and we love to look at the spectacular view of from the top of One World Observatory. We would definitely come again.
- The ease of booking online, warm welcome, incredible lift ride and intro to ‘the view’ was world class. The food offering and lack of conventional tables and chairs was not good at all… and somehow diminished the experience a little.
